NOTE: Start dance with feet apart in 2nd position, hands placed on sides of legs, head forward


ELVIS KNEE, RIB ISOLATIONS, 1/4 TURN HEAD, SIDE SHUFFLE, CROSS BEHIND, SIDE, CROSS IN FRONT
1        Bend right knee inward placing weight on ball of right foot, lifting right heel off floor,
          Rotate upper body & head 1/4 turn to the left and place right hand on right lower back keeping left hand at side
2        Return to starting position.  Keep right hand on right lower back.
3&     Using upper body (cuban motion) isolate rib cage to right then left.
4        1/4 turn head to right
        (Keep head in same position for the next 4 counts)
        (Keep hands in same position for next 8 counts)
5&6   Step right foot to right side, step left beside right, step right foot to right side (count 6 step should be bigger than count 5
          step)
7&8    Cross step left foot behind right, step right foot to right side, cross step left foot in front of right foot.    

UNWIND 1/2 TURN RIGHT, SYNCOPATED VINE RIGHT, TOUCH, CLAP, STEP, TOUCH, DOUBLE CLAP
1        Unwind 1/2 turn to right, while keeping weight on the left foot
2        Step right foot to right side
3&4   Cross step left foot behind right, step right foot to right side, cross step left foot in front of right foot
5        Touch right toe to right side, slightly bending right knee inward
6        Clap hands beside right ear
&7    Shift weight to right while stepping left foot beside right foot, touch right toe to right side, slightly bending right knee
         inward 
&8    Double clap hands beside left ear.

HEEL JACK, KICK, 1/2 TURN FLICK, STEP, SWIVELS1/2 TURN, BODY RIPPLE
&1     Shift weight to right while stepping left foot back, touch right heel forward.
         (Drop hands to side while snapping)
&2     Step right foot in, kick left foot forward.
         (Cross hands in front of chest)
3        1/2 turn right keeping weight on right foot, at the same time flick left foot up behind you.
         (Calypso arms: Bring left arm above head, wrist bent palm facing up, fingers pointing inward, arm slightly benft and right arm 
          in front of chest, wrist bent, palm facing out, fingers pointing inward, arm slightly bent)
4        Step left foot forward 
         (Arms drop to sides, palms facing floor, fingers pointing forward)
5&6   On balls of feet, swivel heels left, swivel heels back to centre, swivel 1/2 turn to right shifting weight to left foot.
         (Raise shoulders, right, left, right while hands are at sides, palms facing floor, fingers pointing forward)
7-8    Transfer weight from left foot to right foot moving upward into a body ripple.
         (Hands should still be at sides, palms facing floor, fingers pointing forward)

MAMBO SIDE, RIGHT CHA CHA FORWARD, RIGHT 1/2 TURN POSE, RIGHT 1/4 TURN WITH SIDE TOE TOUCHES
1&2     Side rock step with left foot, step right in place, step left beside right.
3&4     Cha Cha forward, right, left, right using cuban motion. 
5          With left foot, start to step forward, 1/2 turn right stepping back on left foot keeping left leg straight and right heel raised
            with right knee bent
            (Place right hand on right thigh, fingers pointing inward and place 
6          Step forward on right foot
7          Swivel 1/4 turn to right keeping weight on right foot, touch left toe out to left side.
            (Snap left hand down by left side and right hand up to chest level)
&8       Step left foot beside right foot, touch right toe to right side.
            (Snap right hand down to right side and left hand up to chest level)

REPEAT
