Online Payment will Save You from mailing in Checks and a reduced Credit Card Processing Fee plus, first time users will receive a $5.00 discount!  PayPal uses a secure server. 
 

To pay online,  perform the following:

  • At the bottom of the page, you will see a link to pay the fee online.  Please read all of these instructions prior to clicking on the link below.
  • View the Online Registration Form and figure out your totals ahead of time so that you accurately total up all your expenses.  Be sure to add $5.00 to your total if you choose to process and pay online with a credit card.
